What is an Anitaku Monthly Box?
Anitaku is an anime mystery box subscription that was created for the sole purpose of sharing the joy of mystery boxes with the world. What's better than one anime figure or a manga volume or even a plushie? A box full of them, duh! So you can choose between our Anitaku Box which includes an assortment of 3 to 6 anime related items or our Manga Box which includes 4 manga volumes! All our boxes are themed and will feature merchandise/manga featuring the specific monthly theme. Make sure to follow us on all our socials to see the latest theme of the month.
Can I cancel or pause my monthly subscription?
We are sad to see you go, but yes, you can do either. You can do so by logging into your account, and select "Manage Your Subscription"
*PLEASE NOTE if you are cancelling your order AFTER the renewal date, you will still receive the monthly box you have already been charged for. But going forward you will not receive any more monthly boxes.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift for a recipient?
Yes! While there is no subscription gift feature, you can purchase a subscription with your information in the billing portion, and for the shipping address you can enter your recipients name and address and it will be sent directly to them.
What is the schedule of the Anitaku Monthly Subscription Boxes?
-Between the 11th and the 15th of each month, the next month's theme will be announced on social media
-The deadline to order for the current subscription box is the 9th (ex: If you want February's box, you would need to purchase it by the cutoff date of January 9th)
-If you are a subscriber, your subscription is automatically renewed on the 10th of every month.
-All monthly subscription boxes will ship out between the 1st and 5th of each month
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please cancel your subscription before the 10th. Refunds will not be accepted.
How does it work?
Well, you first have to choose the length of your subscription. Whether you want to get a monthly, a 3-month, 6 month or even an entire year long subscription, the choice is all yours. And that's it. Easy, right? Then just sit back and try to contain the excitement as you wait for us to do our part- curating your special box before we send it on its merry way! Boxes usually ship out by the 5th of every month and it can take anywhere from a few days to two weeks for it to arrive at your doorstep.
What and how many items can we find in the boxes?
You can find a wide assortment of items in every Anitaku box. You can get anywhere from 3-6 items, depending on the value of the items. There are no set guaranteed item numbers but you can be sure that each box will have a value of at least $100. Every Anitaku box can include anything from lamps, blankets, posters and more- the possibilities are endless. As for our Manga box, you will receive 4 guaranteed manga volumes.
When will my subscription renew?
All Anitaku subscriptions automatically renew on the 10th of every month. If you are an active subscriber, your subscription is already set. If you feel you need a break or no longer wish to continue the subscription (we'll be sad to see you go) then make sure to cancel before it renews. Subscribers will receive an email reminder alerting them of the upcoming renewals.
